We earnestly addressed this concern by submitting a re-evaluation result using the area under the precision-recall curve (AUC-PR). However, our reply was rejected without specific feedback on the revaluation results, and the original paper was unilaterally retracted by the journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/bioinformatics\/article\/35\/21\/4427\/5489908\">https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/bioinformatics\/article\/35\/21\/4427\/5489908<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We therefore published the results of re-evaluation of Hayai-Annotation Plants on Biorxiv.
