The BLAST database has been restored and is now available for use again.
Currently, you can access databases corresponding to 804 genomes derived from 607 species listed on Plant GARDEN.
・Genome sequence: 804 databases
・Amino acid sequence: 635 databases
・CDS sequence: 598 databases
・RNA/cDNA sequence: 388 databases
The CDS, PEP, and RNA/cDNA gene databases are provided only for genomes whose sequence data are publicly available. For example, amino acid sequence data are available for 635 of the 804 genomes, and the corresponding amino acid sequence database covers these 635 genomes. The same applies to the CDS and RNA/cDNA databases.
Some search result display functions are still being refined, and currently, the default setting shows results in text format (with “faster result display”). We will notify you once the fixes for the GUI-based result display are completed.
