We have found a bug that some genes are missing for 31 genomes in the Plant GARDEN gene database. Therefore, when you make a keyword search for a gene, you may not find the gene in the corresponding genome. Please see here for the 31 corresponding genomes. We will update the data sequentially and inform you as soon as it is available.
There is no problem with the Blast search database, so please consider using the Blast search with sequence data. The source genome dataset is also available for download, so please consider using that as well.
