Access to Plant GARDEN failed from 9:20 to 18:20(JST) on September 14 due to the below reason.
A lock occurred during database maintenance, and the system was saturated due to the large number of connection requests awaiting approval.
The system is temporarily operated using a secondary database in current, and maintenance is being performed in the background.
